WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
We want you to fall in love with every product you purchase from Zoe Bee Beauty but if you are not you can return any item within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within: 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
We don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you may not receive your full refund.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?
We at Zoe Bee Beauty try our best to ensure all products are made to the highest quality and expect our suppliers to behave the same way. if on the rare occasion, this doesn't happen and a customer receive a faulty item. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us here.
We can then let you know whether to return it or not and make sure other items are not affected. Should you need to return the item we will refund any standard second class postage on a faulty item. We strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
